Welcome to pixyit LLC (“Pixyit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (www.pixyit.com) and future mobile application (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration

 

• To use certain features, including purchasing custom products, you must create an account.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

3. User Content: Uploading Kids’ Drawings

 

• Parents may upload their child’s drawings to pixyit to create custom print products.

• We do not require or collect personal details about children.

• You (or your child, as applicable) retain ownership of the uploaded drawings.

• By uploading a drawing, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and modify the drawing only for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

 

• User Drawings: The rights to all uploaded kids’ drawings remain with the parents and children. No one, including other users or third parties, may use, reproduce, or sell these drawings without permission.

• pixyit Products & Artisans’ Work: The custom-made products are created by artisans. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any custom products made through pixyit without permission.

• pixyit Content: All website and app content, including branding, design, and text, is owned by pixyit LLC and may not be used without authorization.

5. Orders, Payments & Refund Policy

 

• All products are custom-made and produced upon order.

• No Returns: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

• However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request a refund or replacement under the conditions below:

 

Refunds & Replacements for Defective Items
You may request a refund or replacement if:

• The product arrives damaged or defective.

• The product does not match the order details (e.g., incorrect design, wrong item).

• There is an error caused by pixyit.

 

How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To qualify, you must:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at customer-care@pixyit.com.

2. Provide a clear photo of the defective item and a description of the issue.

3. Allow us to review your request and determine the best resolution.

 

Resolution Options
Depending on the situation, we may:

• Offer a free replacement of the item.

• Provide a partial or full refund, at our discretion.

Exclusions: Since all items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or replacements for:

• Buyer’s remorse or preference changes.

• Issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., incorrect shipping address or uploaded design).
